Hello, World!
At MI-Compass & Associates, LLC, our mission is to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to individuals navigating mental health challenges. We are dedicated to fostering recovery and enhancing overall well-being through evidence-based practices and personalized support.
Marna Clowney-Robinson, MSW, LMSW-C, LICSW
I provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, and couples, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Enhancement Therapy.
I specialize in treating eating disorders across all age groups, and I also work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and identity concerns. My therapeutic approach centers on providing compassionate support and practical feedback to help you address life's challenges in meaningful ways.
I believe mental health care should be as unique as you are. Whatever struggles bring you here—whether anxiety, depression, eating disorders, or other concerns—I'm committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.

Stephanie James, MA, LPC
My role as your therapist is to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Therapy isn't about "fixing" you—you're not broken. It's about creating space for healing, growth, and understanding.
I specialize in supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, and the transformative journey of pregnancy and postpartum. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming worry, persistent sadness, or the emotional complexities of becoming a parent, I'm here to provide compassionate, personalized care.
** Available virtually only **
Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps to take, and I'm glad you're here. I believe that people are more than a diagnosis. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed perspective, recognizing that our experiences shape the ways we think, feel, relate to others, and respond to stress. Every person is unique, I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to create treatment that is tailored to your individual needs, collaborating with you to make the changes that matter most to you.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a variety of concerns, including eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I actively work to include parents, caregivers, and other members of your care team in the treatment process to provide support and coordinate care.
